So hello again, everyone.I'm a really busy successful full time farmer in Tennessee on the Cumberland Plateau. I have an excellent local following. I have a farm-store in conjunction with my farming operation I do a couple of local markets and also work with farm to table chefs. I raise a few acres of produce as well as beef cattle, meat chickens and heritage breed hogs. I'm really wanting to buy sheep and or milk cows soon as well . I'm extremely knowledgeable and passionate about this lifestyle. I've been full timing it since 2010. If you are ready to hit the ground running let's get to talking and see if it would be a good fit for us. I currently have a 12 1/2 acre farm under contract with the owner. Who's willing to owner finance half of the price of the property but I have to come up with the other half of the money upfront and I only have half ($150k). So not only am I looking for someone to live this lifestyle with I also need a visionary investor . The property has a really nice two bedroom home, a 90 round bale hay barn a shop for working on tractors cars or whatever plus an office that's on that barn that I'm wanting to turn into a commercial kitchen as well as have a small seasonal edible and native plant nursery.  The property is already fenced and Cross fenced in such a way that you can easily move livestock around from one paddock into the next. There is also water run to every pasture so the infrastructure on this place is really incredible . I'm going to set this farm up as a teaching farm. Specifically geared toward interaction for my customers as well as homeschool classes, hopefully outdoor yoga classes and also offer a form of therapeutic livestock sessions . This property is 2 miles away from my existing farm store and vegetable operation and both farms would really feed each other so to speak. This is an incredible opportunity on so many levels. I have videos of the home and lots of pictures to share with anyone who is interested. I'm looking forward to hearing from you and hopefully getting the ball rolling on this place. I tried to fit as much information into this post as possible . Thanks y'all ! Oh yeah, I'm 49 years old I'm in great shape farming dictates that I lead a healthy lifestyle.

That's a very big dog. I think I want to go home now and hug this tiny ad:
