I just moved to a new place and I want to set up a rain barrel, but the gutter is a solid metal pipe which seems to go directly to the storm drain. What should I do?

Post a pic?

Do you have legal OK in your area to collect water? Do you have landlord's permission?

You can use these: http://www.rainbarrelparts.com/product_rbpEM_RSP_kits_round.php
