Small East Maui community farm shares available

I’m looking for people who have cash and interest in buying a share in an 11 acre permaculture farm in rural East Maui.  Each shareholder would have a 200 sq ft hexagon hale with wraparound porches, small kitchen, solar power and water and a bathtub.  Each house comes with its own zone 1 for privacy, with the remaining acreage commonly shared, along with  shared community house with kitchen, bathhouse, etc. buy in price is $600k, with the shares able to sold with approval of the other four shareholders.  I’m organizing, designing and facilitating the development of the community, and will be living and leading it to ensure it’s a harmonious, collaborative community.
