Free boondock, private land small holding, no particular expectations of work or projects.  The term most in my mind is "Just Be"
This site has vulnerable beetle kill conifers and I'm not able to just go there very fast so thinking about having someone there onsite.

Update:
So far my spot seems ok.  One neighbor gathered branches last week for a cold snap, and sent me photos that was nice.

It seems one neighbor is marine trained with a gun, so that's a good thing.  Neighborhood watch seems to be stepping up and FB group shares news, gunfire, fire watch alerts, unknown people in the area, wildlife sightings - cougar recently😁
