Permies wanted to share 2,5 acres in desert between LAX and San Francisco

I am planning a foodforest and drought tolerant edibles and herbals for high nutrition, hugel kultur , Wofati greenhouse, etc. Classes on food prep, macrobiotics, healing, permaculture, Taichi/qi gong etc. I am a Licensed Acupuncturist wanting to create a healing, homy retreat/farm. I see that permaculture is about healing ourselves. Love and respect for self and all other creatures. Marveling in discovering greater mysteries.
