So many times we forget to take care of ourselves - our needs for calm, quiet, creative, etc.  For me, right now, I use YT for calming music with nature sounds to help me, regulate I guess.  Today, I am listening to this:

I sit here gathering my thoughts about my upcoming Permaculture project, things I want to have ready, on-hand, etc.  I get to overthinking and then become overwhelmed sometimes.  Music & Nature like in this video help me to just slow down, breathe, relax.  I hope it does the same for some of you.  --Tess
