No relationship to the OP, but will attest that spot is a beautiful rural oasis inside Billings. Grew up in that neighborhood and used to run the cliffs nearby regularly. Primo real estate for a lucky renter.

That was a nice, thanks Chris. We have felt very lucky to have raised our family their for 10 years. It's on a well, has water rights to Alkali Creek, and we also have rights to gravity access from the ditch. It would be great to see this place in the right hands.
