160 Acres of desert land with permaculture potential near annual outdoor festival
Started Pole Barn
nearly 200 feet of elevation change-the top plateau would be great for rainwater harvesting that could feed the whole property
Gorgeous views overlooking the Matlin Mountains as they rise from the center of the salt flats
Quartz seams on cliff that is on the property
ephemeral wash
Slow slope on west half that would do well with swales
potential micro climate at base of south facing cliff. A great place to dig a pond!

I am only selling because of a divorce and have purchased another property
The right person could turn this into a real gem
I would love to see it go to a fellow Permie

The road roughly splits the property in 2 halves. At the base of this cliff is where I had planned to dig a pond fed from rainwater collection above.
