Fire Cider I

Fire Cider II

Honey Onion Cough Syrup

Have some more experience with permaculture now. tried a lot of things that didn't work. Material from Rosemary Gladstar seems to be a good cognitive fit. I do not have personal experience with these recipes, but I do have experience with some other potions. Background is ethnobotany, finding herbal material to be an accessible ally.
