Hello! I recently started a new job helping run a local garden center. I'm looking for resources on learning how to run a commercial growing space from a more holistic/organic perspective. Any suggestions on books, guides, authors, who may be talking about this subject? Or if its not on greenhouses, plant care on perennials/shrubs/trees? Any resources that might be helpful so that I may grow my background knowledge would be appreciated! Even intro books for home gardeners would be helpful when I'm speaking to customers. Or if you have any suggestions on what you wish your local garden centers carried/talked about, that would be helpful as well. Thanks!
My background has been small scale organic farming for the past 7 years, but being in a more commercial/retail space makes me want to build a strong foundation on helping folks and the plants we raise. Zone 4, high elevation growing conditions.
