A possible use of a fresnel lens.....Make alot of HOT water.....showers, home heating.

Wouldn't the same size glass spread over a larger solar collector (not focused) produce as much hot water without having to re- aim every three minutes?

If you want steam or looking for some sort of on demand you may be on to something.
