Our simple and cheap DIY chicken waterer!

Our chooks (aussie for chickens) were for ever knocking over the water basin...or getting into it to cool off (a strange but common thing to see on our farm in Maine!)

I searched the net to see what other people did to make there own waterer...and picked a simple design that we could do cheaply using the exisiting trough we had and a discared bucket from the local supermarket (did you know that frosting comes in 35lb buckets! What is in that stuff? )
