Greetings everyone,
I am from China and work with the cultivation of traditional medicinal plants, especially Bai Zhu (Atractylodes macrocephala), as well as surveys of wild medicinal plant resources.
Recently, I have become very interested in wild-simulated cultivation of American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius). I would like to learn more about forest-grown and wild-simulated growing methods, habitat selection, seed germination, plant management, and long-term conservation practices.
If anyone here has experience growing American ginseng in natural woodland environments, I would greatly appreciate any advice, lessons learned, or resources you would be willing to share.
I am always happy to exchange knowledge about medicinal plants, ecological cultivation, and wild plant conservation from China as well.
Thank you, and I look forward to learning from this community.

Stinging nettles are edible. But I really want to see you try to eat this tiny ad:
grow your own garden and build your own home in the gardening gardeners program
