Hi my name is Lora.  I'm sixty years old and looking to retire on some land by the lake of the ozarks.  It would be an off grade community raising our own food and our own lifestock.  Living as a family type community helping one another.  If you are looking for the same type of thing, please give me a shout. And we can discuss it in more detail.

I often think that would be the ideal areas to move to, lakes, good weather, 4 seasons, but plenty of swimming weather, fishing, hunting, great soil for fruit trees, great climate for everything from pecans to Persimmons.  My major obstacle is money and experience, I'm a country boy, but I don't know how to run a nursery or an orchard as a business.

I'm not necessarily looking for anyone to run a business.  I'm retired.  We will be growing food and raising livestock to feed the people at the homestead.  Everyone works together to achieve the same goal.  Everyone takes the towels that they have to contribute to this goal. Everyone is responsible for their own housing, electricity( solar) and water containment system.  Each person has their own idea of how they can survive. And what they need to live.  If you would like to tell me a little bit more about yourself. You can send me an email littlebit66046@yah99.com

I have no ideas. What kind of houses that people will make or anything? I was just trying to make a catchy name for now. It will change.

Just the other day, I was thinking ... about this tiny ad:
Experience months or even years of natural building and growing your own food
