my swale results

Thought this was interesting. Tomorrow will be a week since the swale filled up. The "berm" on both ends are still saturated. You can see the color change in the picture. Yesterday I planted corn, squash, and pumpkins in the wetspot. Not sure the results due to deer in the area, but thought I'd give it a try.
