10 gallons of worm leachate

I got one of those DIY rubbermaid bins and currently have 10 or more gallons of leachate in the bottom collection bin. I keep reading conflicting information on the use of worm leachate. Many websites claim that the stuff is not good to use because it contains alcohols and various other hazardous compounds that can harm plants. Other sites say it is liquid gold....can someone give me the real scoop on this leachate bushiness.
