Hi All -
We have 100 acres with 2 year pines, no chemicals, additives, farming etc for over 35 years, so this land is clean, fertile and peaceful. A 12 month creek runs through. This is in southern Very rural VA; the annual property taxes are less than $300.00.
It is currently occupied by deer, wild turkey, owls, hawks, beaver, rabbit, birds galore, black bear and frogs. I'll do my best to get pics of the plat up by week's end. Truly peaceful gently rolling land. It could be whatever you wanted - the young trees would make it easy to put in roads, paths etc. Some hardwoods along the creek. Asking $135,000.00.
