Buying Land

new B here
found this sight while searching for info on rocket stoves looks like a great forum
I am currently looking for a parcel of land to retire to
and the mainn question I have is can i handle my own side of buying the property or do I have to have a realtor
Currently live in Kent WA moved to the great PNW from England 18 years ago
and now looking to live off grid with my solar and ram pump systems in North Eastern WA

Whether you use a realtor or not is pretty much up to you and the seller. Most sellers list with a realtor, but not all.
You might check some of Cody's videos (Wranglerstar) on Youtube. He lives in South Central Washington (but I will let him give you more specifics on his location if he so chooses ).
