I have a question.

I want to purchase a piece of land in MN to develop into a permaculture food forest. The problem is that I don't have the time or skills to develop it.

If I offered an equal partnership, protected by an at-will mutual contract - i.e., I funded the project, you worked it, and we shared decision-making and the harvest - would that be interesting to anyone? How could I ensure the partnership was fair to all parties?

Thanks!

Jody

That sounds like a great opportunity for the right person. Have you tried looking on http://permacultureglobal.com website? you might be able to find permaculture people in your area and they might be interested or know someone. Good luck!

Any certain part of the state you'd like to set up in? I'm located in the south-central just off I-90. Don't have a lot of time either but maybe we could work something out if we could get another hands-on party involved or WOOFers or something.
