Willow feeder ebook help

Andrea,
Recently purchased the e-book on the willow feeder and haven't received it yet. Did receive an email saying it was a present and there was no attachment. Please send me my e-book on the willow feeder, I am excited to read it.

Looks like it was bought as a gift code somehow.  If you go to the top right circle, the drop down menu, my stuff.  Scroll down to the bottom and copy and use the gift code link.
