Hi all, I'm planning to buy my first vacuum sealer to cut down on freezer burn and food waste from bulk buying and meal prep. What matters most to me: a reliable seal on moist foods, a built-in cutter with bag storage, and a size that won't crowd my counter.
I'm torn between these two:

95kPa Precision Vacuum Sealer with Built-in Bag Storage & Cutter

Both look solid, which is why I can't decide. The Nesco seems simpler; the FoodSaver adds a handheld sealer for containers — handy, but worth the extra cost?
If you've used either, how do the seals hold up over time? Any drawbacks I should know about, or another model you'd pick instead?

We have tried a few, and if it’s for soups and things, it doesnt hold the vaccum for very long. What we have found works better, is adding blood absorbing pads to the bag first and put the meat on top.
The pad absorbs the extra moisture, so it doesn’t end up in the vaccum sealer.
I get mine here Lem absorbing pads for vaccum season

I went through several machines before I found out, I just needed to add these. Hope it helps
