I'm looking to buy property in Boundary County, ID and build a house. You can build anything you want there. The permitting process only checks to make sure the structure is actually on your own property. I would like to have a wofati that is wheel chair accessible and about 1,600 sf. Can a wofati be built that big and be wheel chair friendly? Is anyone building wofatis professionally that could do this for me?
