Question regarding lighting

If I let my chickens go through the molt, and they complete it before winters end. Can they be stimulated to begin producing eggs again with lighting / artificially?

Here is some lighting information for you.
I tend to let my hens rest for the winter. It takes higher nutrition level to keep egg production going.
So I devote my winters to keeping only my breeding flock going till spring. In late winter I beef up my laying hens so I can get hatching eggs.

Below is some information on lighting and chickens. For my money you might look at the data below with regards to LED's in the Red and White spectrum.



Two recent studies show that broilers perform better under LED lighting than fluorescent lamps while layer behaviour is affected by light wavelength.
