The foods we eat have an immense impact on the quality of life we experience.
When I ate lots of cooked foods I had terrible insomnia. As I began getting closer to the species appropriate diet that the human body thrives upon, the insomnia went away...as well as everything else. It got to the point where I can go to bed, and wake up in the exact same position I fell asleep in. It is beyond words how exciting that was the first time I experienced it.
I know that most people have no desire to change their eating habits, but if you're willing to incorporate cleansing and fasting into your life I'm confident it will make enough of a difference that it is noticeable. But you'll only experience results as much as you're willing to work for them. Of course it doesn't really need to be said, because everyone knows it....cut out all the junk....it makes a difference.
