I have been posting on Permies when I get an idea/how do you say? an urge? realization of that flag which needs to be waved? SO I have ample tracks which can be followed in this digital maze, if you want to get an idea of what's in my head. I do enjoy the company of women but not long after finding the love of my life, she died of lung cancer by my side, literally. She left me a fixer-upper on a half-acre where we had just begun suburban homesteading. Soon after then I got my position as landsteward at Lost Valley Educational Center deleted, and so I moved (crash landed, more like!) to "Julies' Farm" which I have been developing slowly ever since. This last season I realized that I have achieved a functioning, early maturity stage "wet Mediterranean climate" agroforestry system, with gardens fore and aft.  I haven't had any other relationship that includes intimacy other than with my cat- a blue torty named "Lily" who is earning me my doctorate in Feline Understanding as we train each other. If you are in my house for whatever reason, she will want to "check your credentials" She is my first indoor cat, as there are dogs resident on all sides, and I have quite a list of birds who have nested on this half-acre. All the neighborhood cats know my place. I have lots of space indoors and out: two driveways, one currently occupied by an acquaintance from work in his RV: he has an aneurism- inoperable, and has far outlived his Doc's opinion that he'd die last June sometime. (He still smokes! "That's an Addiction!" ) so that can change at any time. (and I can legally host another RV, as well.) I am bilingual in "Spanish" (Castellano) and I  walk/bike/swim a LOT.  I'm an Oregon Country Fair Elder and a working Vegetation Management and Ecology Crew ("Vegmanec Crew") That is to say, I won't be here from the week of set- up and thru to Take Down. Being 73 (74 looms just after Turkey Day) you can assume I have little libido, but I was raised with a lot of touch by US cultural standards, and could be described as a cuddle bunny. (not that I can currently be described as active in any way, except with my cat) SO; if you are just in a traveling phase, want a suburban permaculture look'n'taste or whatever, contact is welcome. Permaculture spoken here.( How's that for a broad spectrum permacultural posting?
