Could any one tell me if it is safe to grow walnut trees near my olive trees? I have a large space between two of my olives, about 10 meters and was wondering if this was enough distance apart for me to plant a walnut. Do they get on as they both create the own suppressants? Although there are many olive trees and walnut trees in the area I have not observed them in the same vicinity.
