HI!
I saw this plant last year and again this year but this time I actually took pictures. Can anyone help me identify this? I saw the blooms (?) around late October near fresh water like swamps, rivers, creeks in central Virginia. I've had zero luck finding any information online. Hope the pictures help. Thanks!
