The HydroBee folks are back with an IndieGoGo campaign and this is the earlybird version, where you can get it discounted - heavily. Since this is an IndieGoGo and not a Kickstarter, they will get your money to do the deed when the campaign is finished - and they are only looking to get $32K as they've gotten a bunch of grants and such. Anyway, IndieGoGo linky thing and a video:

They are working on several different modes to charge it and you get to pick one.
