Hi everybody

Can anybody tell me if Acacia Karroo needs to be inoculated when grown from seed? Or do they have nitrogen fixing nodules naturally?

If I need to inoculate the seed, what rhizobium / inoculant must I use and where can I get it?

85 Ha farm in South Africa. Temperature ranges from -15°C in June to 35°C in Dec. Annual rainfall = 350mm.

Did you ever get some info on this? I have just planted some Acacia karroos on the northetn boarder of a conversion i am busy with.
