51yo single female in the Carolinas seeking 46+yo male

This is a bit scary but here we go…

ME: I’m a Pentecostal Christian who is passionate about my faith. I’m also serious about organic homesteading and using permaculture techniques on my homestead. I raise meat rabbits, ducks, and chickens. I butcher my own animals. So, this is not a situation for a vegan. I would love to have dairy goats and, if we get a larger homestead a mule would be great. My current property does not belong to me, I share it with my mother and her new husband so if/when I find my soulmate, we would need to get our own place. I would love to have a place where I could again be the woman of my own home and be able to have the uncluttered, simple homestead I prefer.

My Soulmate: a Christian man (no smoking but I have no problem with the consumption of fermented beverages in small amounts…either Pentecostal or Baptist) who can be my spiritual head, partner and friend in life. Interested in permaculture, raising livestock, hunting and/or fishing, some building skills or willing to learn with me. Self-sufficiency and living simply and with a goal of being off-grid or able to be in times when TSHTF. Located in or willing to relocate to the Carolinas – I prefer to be within 200 miles of my current location only because I want to be close enough to come help my parents when they need some assistance.
I’ve probably left many things out so feel free to ask…of course, keep it appropriate.

I wouldn't mind a 40+ yr old male myself. But, he must be a bit like me: pescitarian or vegan; atheist; animal lover; Libertarian; and...here is the absurd part, preferably n.e. Asian or, at least, mostly hairless face and body. I am a white woman, though.

Well, I think it is important to know what you want. I'm not particular about ethnicity -- I'm a Heinz 57 myself (Scot, Irish, German, Norwegian, Apache, English) and I think it is much more important what a person's character is than the amount of melanin in their skin. I love animals but I also know from experience that vegetarianism and veganism are very unhealthy for me. I raise and process my own meat so that I know they were treated humanely in life and dispatched humanely. As for politics...well, I'm more Libertarian than Republican but tend to vote Republican....but think that if a person is a politician and their mouth is moving, they are lying. My faith is extremely important to me and it is important that a "soulmate" is as passionate as I am.
