White Belt-

change oil
replace brake pads
change tires
replace fuel filter
replace air filter
replace spark plugs
change transmission fluid
rotate tires
patch a tire
replace rotors
replace lights on a vehicle
grease large vehicles
attach and detach attachments from a tractor pto
replace radiator coolant
replace water and check water levels in a battery cell

green belt-

black belt-

Can anyone give any help on the harder belts? There's a ton of stuff that can be added here... but I think that its important to keep in mind here that the main goal is to be competent at running a farm. Being able to replace every single part on any vehicle is a nice skill to have, but I'm not sure if its as essential a skillset to develop as say, animal husbandry, or gardening without irrigation. I'd like to see Paul's opinion on this.

I also think that effective troubleshooting is a really good skill to have, but I'm not sure how to properly word that in order to add it to the list.

Also, when I think of large tool care, all that comes to mind are vehicles, tractors, excavators. Is there any other large tool that I'm missing? Maybe something that doesn't use combustion?

Other "large tools" might include windmills, sawmills, hydroelectric generators?

Other things that might come into play under this heading - Power hammers; Balers; mechanized harvesting equipment that are not tractors; Earth brick presses; cement mixers; sorting/sifting equipment.

Some of these might be relatively small portable items, or stationary, or even self-propelled - so in some incarnations they might belong in another category.

Just throwing out some possibilities.
