I have a friend who ingests LAUNDRY borax for health and gave me the following article:borax conspiracy . He swears on it.
I googled a bit and there are high claims on borax. What do you think? I appears to be deficient in most soils and I would prefer adding borax to the soil (as far as I know 1/4 tsp to 10 litres of water) rather than
eating something out of the laundry cabinet - who knows as it is not foodgrade what they put in. On the top of it, I am not a fan of any supplements, because they are not controlled by out appetite which for me is an indicator weather I need something or not. Apparently you have to take magnesium with it and were do you get enough magnesium?

There are lots of things that are not "food" only because of the FDA and USDA red tape, not because they are not safe or clean.

As for borax, it does have some trace minerals, but whether you need them out can use them in that form I don't know. But I consider it safer for you than most processed food.

And now for something completely different ... OUCH! STOP THAT! HOLD THIS TINY AD!
