Missouri Land & Trailer 4.25 Acres+ To Live/Farm On

What I offer:
4.25 acres of property in Bevier Missouri with a three bedroom mobile home. In addition to the 4 acres around the trailer you have access to a ¼ acre of good garden land caddy corner to the main property. All utilities are on sight/connected as well as high speed internet(fiber). The property is mostly rolling and forested with about 1 acre of flat tillable land.

What I require as Payment:
10 hours a month of simple labor on my farm. Utilities and upkeep/repair will be your responsibility. This is flexible.

I will post when I find the best candidate and I am no longer looking. We figured we would allow two weeks for those interested to contact us. In the meantime we will be talking with those who have expressed interest and try to find the best fit for both parties. Our goal is to have both parties benefit from the arrangement. For the right "potato gapper" or anyone else interested in a heck of a deal you are offering a pretty reasonable offer. I know if I was younger it would have appealed to me. I think this would be a good new forum area near intentional living/community... "sweat needed/wanted" barely joking... "sweat equity". 10 hours a month is a small investment for a roof over your head.
