I lurk allot on these forums and learn many useful things, thanks for that. Here's a little payback.

Due to the information I've read here, I just picked up the Fiskars Momentum Reel Lawnmower from Canadian Tire. Did the first cutting today, and I have to say I'm fairly impressed. Here's some thoughts about it:

- It pushes really easy. I almost wish it was harder to push, because I feel like I'm should be running to keep up with it.
- Easy to assemble, easy setting the blade.
- It shoots the grass forward!
- Very quiet. (I was mowing the rental next door and my wife almost couldn't find me.)
- Height adjustment is very easy.
- I don't stink like gas, and I don't need earplugs! (The old mower has a muffler thats rusted out.)

- As warned from Fiskars web site, it doesn't like long grass. (Since I'm cutting at the notch down from 4" it can quickly get out of hand.)
- Front wheels are cheap plastic. I already chipped the wheel when I ran into a brick.
- My dad doesn't like the grass this long

- Works easier/better for longer straight runs, but since it pushes easy its not to hard to do the "push/pull" in tight spots.
- Had to adjust the blade when I first got it. I'm putting this under neutral since it's really something you should do anyways.

All in all I'm pretty happy with it. If the blades last without sharpening as long as they claim, it will be the cheapest / lowest maintenance mower I've ever used.
