20x20m (65x65') space - can I fit a dam?

Can someone with a little dam-building experience tell me whether I am likely to be able to fit a dam into a space that is 20x20m? It's fairly flat (16%) and on a ridge so it will be a ridge dam fed by diversion ditches (see image attached for an idea of what I mean)
