Hello!
I am looking for
experience in the alternative (green/natural/tiny) residential building field. I have a small amount of experience in construction (meaning, I assisted on a cabin remodel once a few years ago).
I am considering going back to school for a
Sustainable Design certificate at Portland Community College, or an Architectural grad degree at Portland State University, but I don't know if this is the best route. Maybe getting direct experience in lieu of formal training would make more sense?
If you have any recommendations on resources for learning this kind of stuff, or know someone who is interested in having a helping hand on their building projects (weekends only - I've got a 1 year old at home) please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Thank you!
