Hello There!

We have a detached studio apartment available. It is newly renovated with full kitchen and full bathroom. It is $650 a month including utilities. It is located on a quiet street in a great neighborhood (westside). There is parking available, as well as 2 raised garden beds. It has the feel of a little slice of the country, but located close to many conveniences. It is on the bus line, and close to the Olympia Food co-op and other stores, cafe's, etc. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk downtown (5-10 minute drive). The Evergreen State College is also about a 10 minute drive from here. Pets may be negotiable, though we do have a pet bunny in an enclosure outside, and the next door neighbor has chickens (no rooster). At the moment, we do not have a fenced yard.
My husband and I live in a house on the same property. There is enough space that we both will have our privacy. We are both permaculture minded, and would love to find other permies to rent to.

You can reach my by phone if you are interested and want to learn more:

Best,

Eliza
