The sweet cherries were done about three weeks ago. It was the best season ever in 24 years that I've been growing them- and there were tons I couldn't reach!! Right now, it's harvest time for Santa Rosa (purple) and Shiro (yellow) Japanese plums.
By the way, if anyone might be interested, I'm selling Shiro plums now for $4/ pound- sweet, juicy and picked fresh off the tree. Just PM me for directions. I also have golden zucchini and Marketmore cucumbers for sale. All organically grown. Desert King figs, cherry tomatoes and big heirloom slicer tomatoes are coming soon...
