I've been searching online for potential homesteading/farming properties in WA state, and thought I'd share this 10 acre in the hopes that some permie peeps might buy it:

http://www.landandfarm.com/property/Nicely_Timbered_10.07_Acre_Parcel_M_0387-1527143/ they're asking $86,00

There's also this 10 acre one with a sweet old barn that looks in pretty good shape!

http://www.landandfarm.com/property/Large_Barn_on_10.11_Acres_M_0388-1527142/ for $127,500

Not quite what I was searching for, but might work for someone. Happy Land Hunting!

That looks beautiful! Hopefully someone with deep pockets, sound judgement, and a nose for talent will step up and see that the property goes towards its best use.
