Hi Cassie or Paul or whoever-
First off, let me thank you again for all your hard work and dedication. I really appreciate it. I received emails for the downloads versions of the files (WDG and the old rocket mass heater DVDs) just fine. I was able to download them successfully. I also was able to download the rest of the candy just fine. Thank you for all of this.

However, I haven't received an email about the streaming version of the old rocket mass heater DVDs or the WDG DVDs. I didn't have a vimeo account when I received the email saying that I needed to send a reply with my vimeo account name/number. I made one yesterday morning (April 4th) at about 7am central standard time. I then sent an email to Cassie with my newly created vimeo username at about the same time on April 4th. I checked my spam boxes (since the email address I used for vimeo doesn't match the one for the permies & kickstarter - I hope that doesn't matter) and didn't see any email in either of them. Did I miss something or do something wrong? Let me know if there is additional information I can provide to help resolve this issue.

I will be getting you access to the streaming version of the old rmh dvds as soon as I can. it is a very tedious process and I have A LOT of people to do it for. the WDG dvds are not available for streaming, that wasn't one of the rewards

That sounds great. I'm sorry that it is such a hassle for you to set up. Please don't feel rushed. I just saw a message in the other thread that indicated that the emails had already been sent out and thought I had missed something. No worries and please take your time.

And of course, you are right about the streaming WDG videos. I don't know what I was thinking of. I guess I was just tired, it being so late and all.

I received a blank email on saturday titled: your early version of the older rocket mass heater DVDs. It's important I can download these, as I originally paid to watch them on vimeo and they lag too much. Thank you.

what dollar amount did you contribute?
