Hi folks,

Any suggestions for cleaning out and sterilizing langstroth hives?

Thanks!

Wrap the equipment in thick black plastic garbage bags and leave it in the sun a couple days. I only use this method when I sterilize equipment because it does get so hot- it will kill everything, but will also totally melt any wax.
