I have been a fan of Green Deane for a couple years now and had assumed ( "making an ass out of you & me" ) that someone on here must have posted about him already. I haven't found anything here yet so here you go.

He provides all of his online materials for free and charges rather small fees for in person classes and consultations.

He has 1000+ superbly detailed articles here.

He has over 140 almost as detailed videos here.

Some of the older videos are shot with a very low resolution camera so don't get discouraged if that is where you end up starting. He does end up getting a better camera at some point.

Happy Eating and Growing.

LOVE Green Deane! He gives classes throughout Florida too. I'm waiting until he comes back around to my area. I've already learned sooooo very much from his website.
