Help identifying bugs in Colorado front range

So I found these guys all over my soil in my raised beds. I'll let the pictures do the talking. Very small about the size of a lard pin head. My though is that they might be soil mites? Beneficial or bad?
If it helps, the mulch/ top is well aged manure in a sheet mulch garden bed
