Anyone selling rural land in Idaho? I'm driving through this week.

I’ll be in Idaho for the next week as I drive through looking for land that I can purchase for my off grid homestead. I drove in from Montana and am starting out at Bonners Ferry and will be traveling south on Highway 95.

If anyone knows anyone that is selling 10 acres of remote timbered property that has a year round water source (spring, creek, well) that would work for an off grid homestead with garden and animals, please let me know. I can do around $3,000/acre. Slightly more if it has everything.
