We are in Brunswick, MO and are selling a Permaculture Home/ Business/ 3 Lots that we have worked on for the past 2 years. It would be a great opportunity for a couple, a small family, or some friends who want to try this sort of thing. The selling price is based mostly on the value of the house alone, and everything else is sort of just a bonus (that's how it's looked at from a real estate perspective). It's a great chance for someone to get started without being at the very beginning, and I wanted to somehow get the word out to the Permaculture community.

This is the listing on Zillow:

We simply have too many people for our house now, and we need to consolidate projects. For now we are buying a much larger home, with a smaller lot. There are projects galore here for someone interested in growing food, experimenting with Permaculture, and/ or having a home business that relates with all that. We've paved the way in this community for these types of endeavors, and people are interested to see what's next. Unfortunately, it's time for us to move on. Hopefully there will be someone looking for this type of opportunity!

You are welcome to call 660-553-9037, or email creativeoasis3@gmail.com with questions. We are NOT interested in owner financing at this time, unless we have a downpayment of at least half.

Thanks,
Kristie
