Been making this for awhile now and figured I should share it. 4 great ingredients quick to make and delicious

1 c coconut oil
1/2c peanut butter
1/2c 100% cocoa powder
1/4c maple syrup

blend well in a mixer, smear on parchment and refrigerate to harden.

Could substitute peanut butter for coconut flakes or perhaps other flavors.

needs to stay cold or will get runny and make a mess. Great anytime snack.

just tried making peanut butter cups by cooling a layer of chocolate, then pb, then chocolate. They were ok, I think I was looking for a hard dark chocolate taste to go with the peanut butter and this is wasn't really it. Still good but not what I hoped for.
