Similar to Watergate but less scandalous. I needed to make two gates for a fenced in chicken pen. rather than go buy new lumber to make some gates I recycled some shipping pallets. Pounded a post in the ground and drilled some holes through the cross bars for the hinge action. i leaned the post a bit and it closes itself. Photos if you need them.
