What are some of the capabilities you feel benefit your homestead. Things like:
Milling lumber, dairy/cheese making, honey production, smoking/curing meat, blacksmithing, using a loom or spinning thread to create your own clothes/textiles, ceramics production to make your own pottery, cider/ winemaking, anything else you can think of.

Has anyone ever seen a comprehensive list of this kind of stuff posted elsewhere?
