organic cottonseed meal or fish meal

I have been searching for a source for organic cottonseed meal, to no avail. Does anyone have a source? If not, I am thinking about using fish meal. I have absolutely no experience with either one. So, here is my question about fish meal (for those of you that have used it). Is all fish meal created equal? I prefer to have fish meal from wild fish, as opposed to farm raised. Why? I'm not really certain. I think it's because I won't eat farm raised fish.
