Fall permaculture design courses in Central America

I've already bought my plane ticket to go to Costa Rica this September, but the permaculture design course that I had signed up for was unexpectedly cancelled due to a family emergency. Does anyone know of other permaculture design courses in the area that start either in September or October? I think I'd be willing to take a bus as far as southern Mexico or northern Colombia but, considering limited finances, I'd rather not need to go that far.

You might try posting a message on the tropical permaculture and permaculture costa rica fbook groups. Unfortunately our courses aren't run until Feb and April respectively.
